    Bromley LINk Hospital Discharge Report - 01 June 2011
    Bromley LINk has now launched it's report on hospital discharge processes in the borough.
    Our research looked specifically at patients' experiences of leaving hospital. Whilst we found that many patients felt their overrall care was good, several issues were also highlighted.
    The report produced 11 recommendations that we will be working with South London Healthcare Trust on over the coming months.
